I'm a holistic therapist with 10 years of bodywork experience, having treated hundreds of people from toddlers to nonagenarians!
I am passionate about helping people on their journey to wellness, whether that be through reducing everyday stress, improving sleep patterns, relieving aches and pains or simply facilitating essential time out for mental wellbeing.
I am continually amazed at the way the therapies I offer can help the people I see, whether it be a full night's sleep after years of insomnia, a sense of relief when their back pain has finally eased, or feeling empowered by their treatments and ready to take on the world again!
I offer reflexology, Traditional Thai Massage, Holistic Facials and Bowen Therapy.
