Ways to Give Back

We are so grateful to all our Old Girls, Former Staff and Former Parents who have donated to the school, whether it be financially, or a gift of their time. This page is used for all our charitable fundraising campaigns and new campaigns will be added as they are launched.

We are always looking for people to help:

Suggest ideas for our event programme, so you can have a say in the events we put on for you.
Join our
Mentoring Scheme, linking you to the right people in our community.
Volunteer in the PF Archive - help to name people in photos, catalogue items, help at events.
Give us
feedback after our events, to help us improve for next time.
Donate your time -
advise us at our regular Focus Group sessions held in London or Godalming.
Donate to the Prior's Field Foundation
- help to give other girls the opportunities Old Girls have had at PF.

Please complete this short form to make a donation or pledge. We depend on the generosity of donors like you to fund Foundation Awards, new education facilities and to support the Prior's Field Archive.

We are deeply grateful for your support in whichever area you choose - thank you.

Rose Garden Restoration

We were thrilled to receive the beautiful Fundraising tree in March 2022 which has been specially made for us, replicating the school's crest. With each leaf that is purchased, the sculpture evolves into a flourishing tree and the money raised will help to restore one of the school's most beautiful assets - the Rose Garden.

We know that many overseas boarders who came to visit for the first time when deciding which school to choose made their decision because of the grounds, we know that the current pupils love to wander through and play there, we know it is home to wildlife and ancient trees, and this is why we want to ensure it looks the best it can.

Jo Halford, archivist, has done extensive research in the archive and as well as help from local gardeners, we have a plan in place of how we can bring the garden back to life but still in keeping to the original design, thought to have been inspired by Gertrude Jeykl. We are so lucky to be able to draw inspiration from accounts in the archive and with your help we will transform the garden to its former glory.

£ive for Five

2022 marks the charity's 10th anniversary and in recognition of this, we will reinvigorate awareness of the Foundation by launching our new campaign - £ive For Five. It highlights the simple theory that if everyone in the PF Community gives £5 a month for five years, they would fund at least one boarding or day place for a Foundationer in the Sixth Form.
