In 2021, following what was a very difficult time for the whole world, we launched a new global initiative with the aim to build on our PF Community.

Old Girls from around the world signed up to the exchange, were assigned up to five Old Girls to send Christmas cards to and then sent cards with their memories, stories and even favourite recipes to their allocated recipients. This was a great way to get to know PF Old Girls from around the world and from year groups different from their own.

Will you take part this year? It's fun, easy to sign up to and the reward is worth it. Here is what others said about last year's exchange:

"I enjoyed both writing and receiving my cards. It was fun to take the time to reminisce on school days and some of the crazy things that happened and share these memories. Opening the cards and reading messages and memories of PF at different times in its history was lovely. It felt as if I was part of our own little "worldwide web."  Sheila G

"I did enjoy taking part, thank you! I received two cards from lovely ex PF pupils who told me wonderful stories of their time at PF. I hope this catches on and that more people take part next Christmas.....it really is a lovely way to learn about PF at different times." Sarah

"Love it! It's great to learn that these ladies share some similar experiences or completely different experiences at some point at PF...I've had really fond memories of PF and was glad that I could share with Old Girls. Would love to do something similar again in the future." Sheila K

What's new for this year?

This year we are opening it up to former PF staff/teachers.

Let's spread the cheer! Sign up now to be part of the #PFXmasCardXchange2022
